Platinum status

No one answer me or resolve me extended platinum status I miss only 3000 points and I am ready to pay if needed to keep the status please advise. I am not sure I can make it traveling until the 31/12/23 so please extend until 30/3/24 and for sure I be pass the platinum status request and more. I am a loyal client dont lose me to Marriott chaine.

only forgot to turn off your wash tube tap for maximum 5mins, and then water tricky went down stairs. firstly we got shocked cause it seems like your tube does not literally have a antiflow hole, and secondly why could the water can go down via your hollow mirror? that was a mess we have never had before, ruined our holiday at the first day. and then we were told that we will be charged damage fee which there is no physically damage. your manager told us that night the maximum fee could no more then $200 that was the worst, and the best result was nothing we have to pay cause you want all your customers leave with happiness but not sadness. but the next day when we checked out the fee was $300 for no report. we refused to pay unless we got the fully report and the reason why you charge us, but your other manager said you won't RELEASE us unless we paid. we were there for holiday not jail. can you explain what does RELEASE US mean? we didn't want this *** ruined our whole holiday, and we have to catch our ship, so we paid, and your manager said you will send us the whole report via my email but till now, we got nothing. so that is what happened in your hotel. our complaint is, first of all, your tube does not come with anti water flow hole which should not be in this way and tricky went down via your mirror, it is your building problem, we got shocked and we have to pay for it. secondly, your Sofitel hotel is a jail? we only can got released from you? we are strongly ask a formal report for everything what happened on us. thank you

Im a good customer of Sofitel in Montreal. The last time I stayed for 12 days. The service was very bad. My room was ready in 5 oclock afternoon. I was supposed to wear a dumpster for two hours, till my room is going to be clean beside that the reception very bad service people very arrogant without experience it will be the last time I will come to your hotel.

Bad Service

I stayed in their premier suite from 8-10 February at Casablanca. On Day 2, the bathroom tub leaked causing flooding. It was so-called fixed by their team. Next morning the drain was choked causing another bout of flooding. I made reservations one 4/5 to the six and then I made another reservation from the sixth and seventh a week ahead of time I canceled the reservation for the fifth or the sixth then I got an email stating cant wait to see you on the fifth so I called back again and said I cancel that reservation please cancel this reservation Im only coming from the six to the seventh. Then to my surprise the day of the sixth I get charged for the fifth telling me thank you for my stay. I have course call and ask to speak to a manager please have this refunded because I never stayed on the fifth. Then after this then I get charged an additional extra $175 supposedly $55 for parking that is never told then they charge my husbands credit card another 323 for a room we didnt stay in a night we didnt stay. Then when you call to try to fix the situation you get an attitude from pretty much every staff member while being called Madame. So now I sit here waiting for $776 to be refunded back to my credit card hoping on the fact that this will happen they kept saying oh well you were a no-show well you cant be a no-show when you call two times in advance to cancel our reservation. Not to mention I got put in the wrong room that I actually paid extra for. Is he not suggest ever staying at this hotel it looks like it was from the 80s everything on the website is over exaggerated. Unless not forget the nightclub thats downstairs on a Wednesday and Monday night.

i have made a booking and i called them to refund, and they told me its ok. its been over 2 months and i still haven't recieved my money yet, and everytime i call them they just tell me the account guy is absent, we will call you tomorrow, and of course no one ever calls. everytime they have an excuse and they never refunded my money. sofitel egypt, the worst customer service there is, dont ever go there.

I am having the worst 5* hotel stay in my. My lights are broken, my room is freezing and basically wearing jacket in my room , called for ice for the past 2 hours that never arrived, and I finally called to speak to manager on duty just to hear that there is no manager from a very rude supervisor ( she) . She basically told me that I am not staying in a palace (not knowing what she was referring to) . This is very outrageous. My first night in Paris is ruined by mean and very unqualified staff running a 5 *** hotel???????

I had a reservation at the Sofitel in Cairo but had to cancel because of Covid and thats the second time at the same location over the pass two year I understand they won t reumbourse me but at least à boulder to use in other location would be nice I will be staying at the Sofitel In Dubai in February may be an upgrade would be nice thank you for your consideration jean pierre

I have called twice now and been put on hold for a total of 45 mins. When I called to book a room for a wedding that has a pod of rooms at your hotel we were told that they would be unable to do it that day. The women in the line would not explain to us why we couldnt complete our request and told us to call back a different day and said it was not her problem to handle.

1- I arrived then waiting for 1,5 hours to check in 2- The room was very outdated and the bathroom's door was rotten and has fungus at the corners. 3- phone has dust which was very noticeable and supposedly we are in COVID-19, and she should sterilize between guests 4- water was off for 3 hours and no one send us a text or an email to point this out, very disrespectful 5- many of the staff are allergic to smiles, they provide the service as they are stressed out except Adel, the manager 6- my room has no iron or iron table and when I called they said in a second you will have it and I have not received anything. 7- the manger tried to upgrade the room to a better one, but it is not his fault that the hotel is very old. 8- I just wonder how people are giving this hotel 5 stars 9- I was told that the room I booked as just luxurious, am I supposed to pay fortune to get the starboard, just clean room has iron and water and has no problem. I guess any motel has this services 10- my complaint is against who ever is the reason to make this place terrible to this point and stressing me out during my vacation. I respect the manager, Adel that he tried, but I will never come here again.

Sofitel Athens Airport hotel

I was in Paris at the time, and the day I was expected to arrive in Athens all flights into their international airport was cancelled. This was due to a national strike happening in Athens. I unfortunately prepaid for my hotel stay at the Sofitel hotel, and when I tried to get a refund because I never made it to Greece, and they refused to!! What irks me is the fact that they are an airport hotel, so clearly they are aware all flights are cancelled. I tried to get in touch with the hotel, and they've chosen not to deal with the problem. They don't care they've already stolen my money. If I ever go to Athens I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere!
